Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling. Product prices include VAT at 17.5%. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error. This website operates on an "invitation to treat" basis and not as an "offer for sale" as a result Therapeutic Jewellery reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Postage and Urgent Orders
Our postages costs are calculated as an overhead so you will not be asked to pay postage. We try to offer a speedy service and We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 - 4 working days of the order being placed, Monday to Friday. Orders will usually be sent as parcels using 1st class post. For those whose orders are urgent please contact us and we shall try to accommodate your requirements. We cannot accept any responsibility for deliveries once they are in the hands of the Royal Mail. Any failure to deliver or late delivery is deemed the fault of the Royal Mail; although we will do everything we can to remedy the situation.
Out of stock items
Each piece is individual and so has a stock of one. We endeavour to keep the website up to date with sales so once a piece has been bought it should be shown as sold. If a problem occurs please contact us.
Returns
When you order from us online, you are entitled to a cooling off period that allows you to inspect and return the goods and cancel the contract for any reason. Please ensure that anything returned is well packaged in a box or padded envelope. We cannot credit returns which either fail to arrive or are damaged because of poor packaging. Our cooling off period is 14 days, which includes any statutory cooling off period. Once we have assessed the items, the money will be put back on to the credit/debit card that was used to place the order online.

How to return an item
This may be done by first contacting the us by email & requesting a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference. Place the items into their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place a copy of the despatch note you received with your order into the parcel. Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return.
Terms and Conditions
Therapeutic Jewellery reserves the right to refuse sale or withdraw from sale any item without reason or notice or to request payment by cash, by cheque and ask for 5 working days to allow a cheque to clear, or by direct payment into our bank. We do not give credit and any overdue balances will accrue at 0.2% per day. If any disputes arise regarding this Web site, such disputes shall be resolved according to the laws of England in the UK. All goods shall remain the property of Therapeutic Jewellery until paid for in full.
Unlawful or prohibited use
You shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under this terms and conditions. You shall not use this site in any manner, which may harm Therapeutic Jewellery or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others. You shall not attempt or obtain from or through this site any information that is not already and intentionally made available from or through it.
